02Account Registration & Eligibility

3.2 Withdrawal Terms
Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be processed. It is recommended to withdraw via the same payment method used for your deposit. All withdrawal amounts must fall within the specified limits.
The applicable wagering requirement must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Withdrawing before the wagering requirement is met may result in the bonus being forfeited.

04Bonus & Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
Bak88 offers a welcome bonus to new members on their first deposit. The bonus percentage and maximum amount are detailed on the promotions page. The welcome bonus is a one-time offer and applies to the first deposit only.
Withdrawing a welcome bonus typically requires completing a 10–30x wagering requirement. This condition will be clearly communicated at the time the bonus is issued.
4.2 General Bonus Policy
- Each bonus has its own expiry period — once expired, the bonus is automatically cancelled.
- When completing wagering requirements, certain games may not contribute the full bet amount toward the total.

05Betting Rules & Limits
5.1 How Betting Works
All bets at bak88 are deducted from your account balance. Once a bet is placed and the game has started, it cannot be cancelled. If a bet is accepted in error due to a technical fault, bak88 reserves the right to void it.
5.2 Betting Limits
The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are clearly displayed in the game interface. Betting limits vary by game. You cannot place a bet that exceeds your available balance.
5.3 Live Game Special Policy
- No bets will be accepted in a Live Casino game after the betting window has closed.

06Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bak88 platform in order to maintain a fair and healthy environment. Violations may result in permanent account closure.
- Account Sharing: An account may not be operated by more than one person.
- Money Laundering: Any attempt to deposit or launder funds from illegal sources.
- System Hacking: Any attempt to manipulate the platform's software, RNG, or any other system.
- Use of Bots: Using automated betting software or bots to play games.
- Collaborative Cheating: Coordinating multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage in poker or other games.
- Arbitrage Betting: Placing opposing bets in a systematic manner to exploit bonus offers.
- Chargeback Fraud: Filing a chargeback with a payment provider after a successful bet or withdrawal.
Warning: Any suspicious activity detected will result in an immediate account freeze, and the relevant authorities may be notified if necessary. Funds in the account may also be subject to forfeiture.

08Account Management & Closure
8.1 Right to Close an Account

10Limitation of Liability
Bak88 is not liable in the following circumstances:
